ordered beef pho soup to go. It was really tasty and filling, all the ingredients were enough and the portion was very big. Everything was packed separately and very tightly, the meat was tasty and fresh, at first glance it seemed that there was not enough meat, but in the end I could not finish it because I was already full. The only thing I wanted was to put some kind of large disposable plate to go, since I did not have a plate for such a portion. Otherwise everything was great, I will definitely order food here in the future.

3 colour bowl was out of the world. I’ve probably eaten over a hundred versions of this from different restaurants in different places and this one blew my mind. It’s like eating an expensive cut of steak for the first time. You have no clue it can be that fulsome of a food experience. Well done. Also super friendly.

I order takeout from this specific Bamboo Chopsticks location all the time and have truly never been disappointed. I went in today to dine-in for my first time and was so happy with the experience, that I felt it was time to leave a review. The several staff who served us were all so friendly, courteous and happy. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. The food is always top notch; healthy and affordable too! I usually get one of the variety of the vermicelli bowls, always loved and recommend the beef BBQ one, however it is not gluten free, so i stick to the Spring Roll bowl which is so fantastic! Most of this restaurant’s menu caters to Gluten Free diets, which really keeps me coming back. Dining in today, I tried a Lemongrass beef bowl (GF) which is often recommended to me and it was great, especially if you like a little spice. Make sure to try their Spring Rolls as I think they may be the best in town!

What an incredible authentic experience. I can’t say enough about this place. Best curry laksa, Vietnamese rolls, pork and lemon grass chicken I have had in B.C. Portions was a generous size. Service was outstanding, Jolly was so friendly and attentive. We will be back for sure.

I’ve been trying different Vietnamese spots around town, and this one really stands out. The pho was full of flavor, the broth rich and clear, and the beef was tender—exactly how it should be. Service was polite but not rushed, and the place felt calm even though it was busy. You can tell they care about the food. I’m already planning to come back for the vermicelli bowls.

This place never disappoints. I again had a Vegetable Pho. It comes with tons of beautiful vegetables and fresh sprouts for garnish. Great value for 14. I always take some home for another meal. The service is great too!
